CNC Machinist 

Location: Red Deer County, AB 

Pay: Up to $36/hour!

Position: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency
• Program, set up, and perform adjustments on the machines
• Utilize lathe machines proficiently, ensuring optimal performance
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machine settings and specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using calipers and other measuring tools
• Work with Haas and Mazak machines to produce high-quality components
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot issues, and report problems promptly
• Perform additional duties as required by the role

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC machines

Knowledge & Skills

• Previous experience in agriculture manufacturing considered an asset
• Highly desirable to have previous lathe experience
• Strong programming skills for CNC machines, including proficiency in G Code
• Familiarity with Haas and Mazak machines preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills
