What CornerStone Staffing is Hiring for:

Electrical Technician

Location: Richardson, TX

Pay: $25/hr - $50,000 annually

Position: Full-time

Schedule: 

  • Mon - Fri
  • 7:30 am - 4 pm

PCB Analysis and Repair:
  • Analyze and repair PCB assemblies that have failed in production or returned by customers, field service personnel, or CSD department.
  • Provide professional documentation on board repair, including customer complaint, analysis, repair details, and the root cause of the issue.
  • Generate reports using email, Excel, Word, LabVIEW, and other technical documentation tools to support the analysis.

Refurbishment and Production Test:
  • Perform other refurbishment or production test technician functions during peak periods.

SMT Equipment Programming:
  • Program SMT-specific equipment, including stencil print, placement, reflow, or AOI equipment.

Reflow Profiles:
  • May perform reflow profiles associated with PCA products.

Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support to Engineering or production as needed.

Pre-employment

  • Drug testing
  • Background check
