What Snelling is Hiring for:

General Labor  

Location: Temple, TX

Pay Range: $14 – $16.78 per hour

Position: Temp to Perm after 90 days

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout shift

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment and machinery
  • Proficiency in power tools and hand tools
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
