What PrideStaff is Hiring for:

AG Tractor Service Mechanic 

Location: Visalia, CA

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 Per Hour DOE

Schedule: 

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 am to 4:00 pm 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including changing out the clutch, transmission work, and troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical failures.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and perform adjustments.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, test and measuring devices.
  • Work from diagrams or blueprints.
  • Align, adjust, and calibrate equipment according to specifications.
  • Perform maintenance on machines ranging from 25 to 150 HP.
  • Perform general facility maintenance, light electrical, and plumbing.
  • Read and follow machine schematics.
  • Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

Experience

  • Experience working with welding equipment is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
