What Snelling is Hiring for:

Belt Tech

Location: Commerce City, CO 80022
Shift: 7 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday (occasionally Sunday)

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Pay: 

  • Regular: $19 per hour
  • OT: $28.50 per hour
  • Weekend: $38 per hour

Job Description:

  • Seeking a reliable candidate willing to work with hands
  • Tasked with general belt maintenance for industrial machines used in food product manufacturing
  • Willing to train the right candidate; little prior mechanical knowledge required

Schedule

  • Primary operating hours: 
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7 am-3:30 pm
  • Some Sundays included

Weekend pay: 
  • Double time; anything over 40 hours paid at 1.5x

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to read/write English
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Basic math skills

Pre-employment

  • Background screening
  • Drug check
