What Trillium Staffing Solutions is Hiring for:

Trillium Construction is seeking Digging Equipment Operators. The position consists of general heavy equipment operation for construction.

Digging or trenching equipment operators can operate a variety of equipment, used in installation/repair/maintenance activities associated with underground utilities, in a safe and effective manner.

Job duties:• Safely operates trenching or digging equipment on jobsite which may include but not limited to the following: Plow, Chain Trencher, Backhoe / Excavator, Rock Saw, Dozer / Lead Tractor, Tractor Trailer (Moving Equipment / Haul Water)• Dig pits, trenches or potholes as directed by job plan including windows when crossing utilities• May be required to work overtime; after hours; on weekends, for emergencies or be on-call as needed to ensure work is completed

Positions will start immediately working Monday - Friday, with some weekend work. Work schedule varies for 40-55 hours per week. Pay is $22-$28 per hour based on experience. Per diem is not offered.
