Entry Level Welders Needed: Free Housing, Paid Travel, $45 Per Diem & Guaranteed OT

As a FlexTrades Welder, you have the support of one of the nation’s leading suppliers of manufacturing labor solutions.

• Must have a degree from an accredited welding program and/or 1-2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
• Lay out, fit, tack and/or weld metal components/assemblies MIG, TIG and/or Flux Core Welding, based upon project requirements
• Previous welding experience and/or proven technical skills acquired through an accredited college Ability to read blueprints and weld drawings
• Able to work in a fast-paced production setting or job-shop setting
• Experience performing visual inspections on completed welds
• Capable of performing careful and precise welding operations, held to high standards, tolerance and inspection processes  

Pay:

• Pay: Around $28/hour
• Guaranteed Overtime each week paid at time and a half
• Access to a full suite of benefits
• Paid travel expenses to and from job sites (Mileage Reimbursed at $0.655/mile)
• Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
• Per diem ($45/day)
• Flexibility to take time off between assignments
