Electrical Foreman

Location: Atlanta, GA 30349

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00/hour depending on experience

Hours: 1st shift

Travel/Transportation

• Candidates must be able and willing to work nationwide and travel extensively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.
• Install power supply wiring and conduit such as EMT, Rigid, strut, cable trays.
• Participate in walk-throughs with owners, inspectors, and others.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems such as switch gears, motor controls, electrical panels, CT cabinets, and conveyor systems.
• Responsible for initiating, billing, and closing job change orders.
• Manage financial aspects of the project from bid through the final report.

Experience

• The successful electrical foreman candidate will have experience in electrical construction and at least 5 years of prior experience as an electrical foreman.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites and/or other related software to complete reports and logs.
