Location: Delta, BC

Salary: $52.01 Hourly

Position: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Handle electrical, instrumentation, and control tasks at designated LNG facilities.
• Install, program, activate, troubleshoot, operate, and maintain electrical, electronic, instrumentation, control, communication, and computer equipment.
• Develop and manage predictive analysis and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Stay updated on changing technology related to LNG facility equipment.
• Provide direction to employees and contractors and contribute to project planning and execution.
• May be required to provide on-call/standby coverage.

Certificates & Licenses:

• Dual ticket requirement: Instrumentation and Control Technician (Industrial Instrument Mechanic) and Industrial Electrician Certificate of qualification, OR Instrument Technologist and Industrial Electrician Certificate of qualification.

Experience

• Minimum three (3) years of industrial Electrician experience.

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with current technological advancements in instrumentation, electronics, and computer applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Field Safety Representative A certification.
• Demonstrated safe work habits and adherence to safety regulations.
• Strong decision-making ability and effective communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Work Conditions

• Standby requirements based on operational needs (approximately once every 3-4 weeks).
• On-call requirements based on operational needs.
• 10-hour, 4 days a week schedule (Monday to Thursday).
• Clean-shaven requirement as per WCB standards.
