What WORKFORCE is Hiring for:

Millwright Condensed Shift

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay: $40/Hour

Position: Full time

Work Conditions

  • This role is on steady 12-hour nights, with a 3-day weekend every couple of weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Preventative and predictive maintenance on food production and packaging machinery  within a fast-paced, highly automated production facility. 
  • They will respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot and maintain/repair or replace as required, to ensure all plant equipment and mechanical systems are always in safe operational  order.

Work Conditions

 -Must be comfortable working 12-hour night shifts

Certificates & Licences

-433A Millwright Trade Certification (or Interprovincial Red Seal)

Experience

-Minimum 1+ years of relevant maintenance experience within a production environment

Competencies

-Strong communication skills

-High regard for safety

Pre-employment

-Legally entitled to work in Canada
