This position is on-demand and requires flexibility in scheduling. As a Demolition Demolition Labourer, you will be responsible for demolishing and removing materials from buildings, residences, and other structures to prepare for new construction or renovations

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17.34 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on heavy/demolition projects.
• Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools, equipment and debris each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Materials handling and storage.
• Loads and unloads trucks and hauls and hoists materials.
• Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the foreman, project manager or HR manager.
• Lift, load and carry heavy objects for debris removal
• Clocking in/out with foreman each day, initialing off on hours each day on written time sheet verifying daily hours correct.
• Assisting crew members.

Job requirements:

• There is no minimal educational requirement, but specialized training can help laborers advance
• Strong work ethic
• No experience required
