Carpenter/Concrete Laborer

Location: San Rafael, CA

Pay: $27/hr

Hours: 40+ per Week, Monday-Friday

Schedule: M-F

Duration: 3+ Months (Chance for Temp-to-Perm)

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description  

• Water work, assist pouring and finishing of concrete
• Concrete removal, mixing ingredients, operating machinery (pumps, mixers, finishing tool)
• Cutting, drilling, chipping, patching, form building, surfacing of concrete
• Grinding, wire wheeling, coating, epoxying, and repair of rebar reinforcements
• Ensure concrete meets required specifications, uphold safety and quality standards

• 3+ years of concrete experience
• Experience in pouring, finishing, sawing, cutting, and related tasks

• Proficient operating wall saw, core drill, flat saw, handsaws, ring saws, compressor tools
• Strong mechanical abilities

• Able to perform job duties requiring physical effort (standing, crouching, lifting  to 50 lbs unassisted)

• PPE Required: Steel-toe boots, hard hat, gloves, high visibility vest, protective eyeglasses

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (hot/cold/rain)

• Reliable transportation to the job site
