Assembly Worker

Location: Greensburg, IN 47240

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Hours:

• 1st shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd shift: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM (Monday through Thursday)

Pay: $21.95 - $31.95 Hourly

Schedule: Full-Time

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble Civics and CRV's using power tools
• Perform tasks such as standing, lifting, bending, squatting
• Install visors, wiring, flooring, door panels, seats, mirrors, etc.
• Sand and apply chemicals prior to painting
• Set up parts and welding machines for welding
• Adhere to frequent sanitizing protocols
• Maintain work partitions to promote social distancing

Knowledge & Skills:

• No High School Diploma (HSD) or General Education Diploma (GED) required
  
• Successfully pass Honda physical/Poet prior to placement

Work Conditions:

• Work 1st shift during the 1st week of training

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting, bending, squatting as required by the role

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and pull for 8-hour shifts
