What Express Employment Professionals is Hiring for:

Commercial Construction Journeyman Carpenter 

Location: Calgary, AB.

Pay Rate: $25-$35/hour, based on experience

Travel: Required *All throughout Alberta*
Job Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Framing- wood and steel studs
  • Drywalling
  • Mudding/Taping
  • Painting
  • Tile- VCT and Ceramic Flooring installation
  • Drop Ceilings
  • Millwork installation
  • Finishing work

Certificates & Licenses

  • Journeyman Carpenter
  • Safety training/certifications- Preferred but not required
  • Must have clean class 5 drivers abstract

Experience

  • Construction experience- 2 years preferred
  • Experience operating equipment and utilizing tools

Travel / Transport

  • Must be willing to travel and be away for extended periods of time
