Major Responsibilities:

• Programs mills and lathes, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches.
• Sets up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting various components.
• Loads feed mechanism and verifies settings through measurements.
• Maintains specifications, troubleshoots processes, adjusts and reprograms controls, and adheres to quality assurance procedures.
• Ensures safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintains equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, calling for repairs when necessary.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
