What OCL Group is Hiring for:

Civil Superintendent 

Location: Foster Creek, Alberta at the Cold Lake Weapons Range.

Pay: Competitive

Position: Full-Time

Shift: 10/4

Remuneration

  • LOA $200/work day, 
  • $50 for drive in and $50 for drive-out  

Responsibilities:

  • Directing daily activities and oversight of crews and subcontractors
  • Demonstrate leadership in the health, safety and environmental protection on the project
  • Apply the Project Specific Safety Program requirements to promote overall compliance of company and client HS&E standards, OH&S Acts, regulations and codes with all employees and subcontractors
  • Implementation of project execution plan
  • Maintain and drive the construction schedule to ensure budget and timelines are met
  • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications and design drawings, ensuring high quality standards are maintained
  • Submission of daily production reports
  • Identification and management of change
  • Strategically plan and implement resources to ensure proper personnel, equipment and subcontractors are available as required
