Civil Engineer PE

Location: Mercedes, TX

Position: Full-time

1. Lead the engineering efforts for large-scale commercial 
2. Develop, ensuring the design of pavement, utility lines, drainage systems, and other 
3. essential infrastructure.

1. Design and implement flood protection plans, including temporary controls, in accordance with agency specifications. Familiarity with USIBWC, TWDB, USDA, Bureau of Reclamation, TxDot, and other funding agencies requirements is an advantage.
   
2. Sewer and Water System Improvements: Oversee the design and execution of construction of water and sewer system municipal projects including plants, lift stations, water, and sewer system projects.
3. Residential Subdivision Infrastructure: Lead the design of essential infrastructure for residential subdivisions.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid professional engineering license (P.E.) in the State of Texas.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, focusing on project leadership.

Knowledge & Skills

• Demonstrated experience in adhering to local government and state agency requirements.
• Membership in professional affiliations like the American Society of Civil Engineers and the 
• American Water Works Association is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
