Casing Crews, Operators & Hands Needed in ND up to $32/hr (Willing to Train, Housing, up to 80 hours/week)

Casing Leads and Casing Crew Members:

Pathfinder Inspections & Field Sevices is a Non-destructive Testing and Inspection company seeking applicants for Casing Leads and Casing Crew Members. This position is based out of Dickinson, ND

Pay is negotiated at the time of time and is based on experience.

Leads must be self sufficient and be able to run crews.

Crew Members must be willing to learn the trade and eventually run crews.

Experience with Clean, Drift, Tally preferred.

Willing to train the right candidates.

A valid drivers license with a clean 3 year history a required for this position.

Position is labor intensive and requires extensive, repetitive lifting in excess of 50 lbs

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Operators & Hands:

Pathfinder Inspections and Field Services is currently seeking experienced tong operators,

Volant CRT and AllTorque torque monitoring system technicians, and casing crew hands.

Salary $22.00 - $32.00 an hour DOE

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist casing crew loading tools on trucks and chaining down equipment at shop prior to leaving to location.
• Unchain tools upon arriving on customer location and rolling out hoses off of the power unit.
• Safely assist in all aspects of the job including rig up, run, and rig down.
• Must communicate clearly with crew leads and technicians and are able to take direction and follow instructions.
• Always be on the lookout for hazards and make sure work areas are clean.
• Work all areas of the rig floor when needed. Corner, backup tongs, v door etc.

Ability to run tongs is a plus!

CDL is a plus!

Available for 24 hours on call

Experience with Volant CRT’s is a plus! Must be familiar with running procedures as well as tear downs, inspections, and rebuilds.

Experience with AllTorque torque monitoring system is a plus! Employee must have solid computer skills. Must have knowledge of torque specifications, graphs, and be able to rig up and rig down equipment. Get necessary information from company man or thread rep and follow instructions.

2-3 years experience preferred, but not required.

Willing to train the right candidates as crew hands with the opportunity to move up and run crews.
