Job Type: Temporary, Full Time

Duration: April 29, 2024, to June 28, 2024

Pay: DOE

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform various manual construction, maintenance, and servicing activities
• Operate, monitor, inspect, and repair vehicles, equipment, and tools
• Move, sort, and pile materials and products manually
• Participate in preventative and corrective operational and maintenance programs
• Provide on-the-job instructions and general work directions to staff
• Adhere to all applicable safety and environmental standards
• Participate in continuous educational and professional development
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Other related duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills:

• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position
• Ability to cooperate and deal tactfully with others
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Certificates & Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Tools & Equipment: 

• Hand and powered tools, light duty mobile equipment

Work Conditions: 

• Safety-sensitive position requiring mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position
