Class 3 Driver

Location: Lethbridge, AB

Salary: $23.00/hour

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials and stores them in the proper locations while operating a variety of hand tools and or equipment.
• Assist customers in loading product safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the daily upkeep of shop including off loading trucks, organizing stock, cleaning, price labelling and maintaining pallets/stock.
• Customer Service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers.
• Opening and closing duties as needed in the yard
• Heavy lifting (up to 50 Ibs or more).
• Delivering building supplies around Southern Alberta.

Certificates & Licenses

• Class 3 drivers license.

Travel/Transportation

• Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical work with medium and heavy lifting on a regular basis.

• Ability to work outside in all conditions.
  

Skills & Aptitudes

• Knowledge of lumber and building materials is an asset.
• Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

• Previous forklift experience is preferred.
