Construction Foreman

Location: Austin

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Hours: Monday-Saturday, 7 am - 5 pm

Pay: $32.50/hourly

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a small crew of 2-4 workers in construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors to complete weekly tasks
• Manage field administrative tasks, including timesheet completion and daily reports
• Utilize previous construction experience to enhance project efficiency and quality
• Oversee the safety and compliance of the construction site
• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and project managers
• Troubleshoot and address issues that may arise during construction activities
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Experience

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role
• Previous experience in a construction-related role is highly desired.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a small crew and coordinate with subcontractors
• Proficient in handling field administrative tasks, such as timesheets and reports
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
