What OCL Group is Hiring for:
Apprentice Pipefitters
Project: Turnaround
Hours: 12 hour shift
Dates: April 24 - May 21
Vacancies: Several
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Must be able to take directions from supervisors and work within a team environment
- Blind and deblind process equipment
- Remove and install PSV’s
- Use torque equipment and ensure no leaks
- Rigging experience would be an asset
- Install supports, valves piping and control systems
- Complete tasks in line with OCL and industry standards, procedures and practices
Certificates & Licences
- Apprentice Pipefitter Ticket
- H2S Alive
- WHIMIS
- First Aid
- Confined Space
- Driver’s license
Experience
- Previous experience working turnarounds and oil and gas experience is an asset
Physical Requirements
- Ensure a safe team environment
- Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions and working from heights
