5 Welders / Fabricators 

Location: Austin, TX

Start: ASAP 

Salary: $20.00+

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 

• Monday – Friday
• 10-hour shift 
• Occasional Saturdays 

Job Responsibilities

• TIG and MIG welding of aluminum and stainless-steel parts.
• Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project
• Sourcing the materials to be used in the project
• Measuring and cutting materials to specifications
• Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints
• Create quality welds according to blueprints (weld symbols).
• Inspect welds for accuracy.
• Prepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting steel/aluminum parts.
• Performs first-piece inspections as well as all subsequent inspections as required by RMF standards.
• Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required.
• Perform simple maintenance and repair as required.

Experience

• 3-5 Years of Welding Experience (TIG and MIG)
• Fabricator and Journeyman Experience
• Comply with Welder I responsibilities

• Each job must be run with safety, accuracy, and timeliness in the welding area.
• Operate forklift, if required and trained.
