$23.00/hr to $38.00/hr Millwright (2nd Year - 4th Year Apprentice)

Bulldog Energy Group started in 1996 with a single truck and has since become a leader in fluids management, surface equipment rentals, and heavy equipment (track hoes and winch tractors) across Western Canada. In 2013, Bulldog purchased Spur Oilfield Services to enter the solids control space.

We are currently seeking a Millwright Apprentice (2nd - 4th Year) to repair centrifuges and repaired pumps when required.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical issue and repair centrifuges to manufacturer specifications
• Complete accurate and thorough inspection documentation
• Keep work area clean and free of any hazards
• Comply with the Health and Safety program
• Collaborate with others; sharing information and resolving problems in the shop

Qualifications:

• 2nd - 4th year apprentice with experience repairing centrifuges and pumps
• Experience working in the oil and gas industry would be considered an asset
• Ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 50lbs for extended periods of time
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to problem solve and work as a team
