What Diamondback Energy is Hiring for:

Heavy Equipment Operators (Dozer/Excavator)

Location: Green Cove Springs, FL area.

PAY: $20-$23/hour (based upon experience and equipment)

HOURS: 40+ hours/ week (Overtime available)
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: Temp to Perm opportunity

SCHEDULE: 

  •  Monday- Friday; 
  • 7:00am – 3:30 pm 
  • Overtime available

Duties

Work consists of site development and highway/interstate work.  

Experience
  • 5 years or more operating equipment
  • Experience with underground utility work (water, storm, and/or sewer)

Competencies

  • Familiar with trenching/shoring techniques
  • Dig on grade and around utilities, soil types, soil compaction, backfilling, retention ponds,
  • Site development and road work experience
  • Must pass 5 panel drug tests

Pre-employment
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Pre-employment drug screen required

Transport

  • Must have reliable transportation to & from the job site

Tools & Equipment

  • Must have PPE Gear (Hard Hat, Reflective Vest, Steel Toe Boots, Work Gloves, Goggles)
