What Go Auto Group is Hiring for:

Dene-Aurora Mining on the Gahcho Kue Mine Site in NWT is looking for a Journeyman Welder to join the busy team!

Fly out is from Calgary, we pay for your flights! This is a 2 week on/off shift work with 12 hour days.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will possess a Journeyman Welding certification along with being a team player with good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. This self-starter will have the ability to work with minimal supervision, and will be able to contribute positively to a quality team environment.

MINIMUM $45.50/hour, taking you to $120K+ annually to work 6 months of the year!

Drug & Alcohol Testing & additional requirements:

Proof of Covid-19 vaccination IS required AND a must.
You will be required to successfully complete a drug and alcohol test in order to comply with the Customer's on site safe workplace policy
You will be required to do a criminal background check

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the service supervisor, this individual will be responsible for a variety of troubleshooting and repairing of a vast variety of light and medium duty equipment, as well as fabricating with and without drawings as required.
