He is reportedly charged with 4 counts of lewd or lascivious act with a child under 14, three counts of a sex act with a child 10 or under, and four counts of oral sex with a child 10 years old or younger.
Navarette, a Midland native was last seen in the Midland/Odessa area and has ties to Mexico, New Mexico, and the Midland and Odessa areas of Texas.
His listed occupation a welder, Navarette is said to have experience in the oilfield.
