As we reported last month on Nov 16th, trucking companies were claiming that it had become much harder to find enough commercially licensed truck drivers in West Texas to keep up with rising demand.

It would seem that Williston based Nakota trucking is upping the ante with a recent job posting in attempt to appeal to those in the Permian Basin along with CO/WY, STX, WTX, OK and ND.

According to the posting, Nakota is looking for "dedicated, hard-working drivers who will represent our quality reputation in the oilfields."

The pay? Some $1200/day for the right candidate. The posting further goes on to say that "Local hauling opportunities offer you great pay while keeping you close to your home".
