What you’ll need:

General mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to inspect and clean equipment
Experience with hand tools and basic math

What will make you stand out:

Experience in equipment rental, warehousing, or construction
Forklift or equipment handling skills
Bilingual communication (Spanish or other) based on site needs
