Floorhands work with a rig crew to support operations on oil and gas wells, including pipe handling, rig maintenance, and site equipment support. This role is physically demanding and requires strong teamwork and compliance with safety standards. The schedule follows a 14-on/7-off rotation, providing structured work-life balance.

What you’ll need:

• Previous workover experience required
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver’s license (Class A/B CDL preferred)

• Clean motor vehicle record
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
