Trillium Construction is Hiring Steel Shop Laborers in the Fox Valley, WI Area!

Work will take place indoors in a shop. Work will consist of welding, fabricating, painting, rebar, unloading materials, and all other duties as assigned. Work is fulltime, first shift, Monday - Thursday, 5am-3:30pm, with a shorter day on Friday. Pay is $22-$28/hour, DOE.

$5000 sign on bonus paid out quarterly over the first year, with a minimum of 450 hours worked per quarter to qualify.

Qualifications

-6+ Months shop welding experience-Ability to read and follow blueprints.-Experience with fabricating steel preferred.-Strong math skills.-Ability to stand for 10+ hours per day, while performing physical labor.-Ability to lift 50lbs routinely.
