What PCL Construction is Hiring for:

PCL Energy is seeking CWB Journeyperson Welders for our Cascade Power Plant project located Southwest of Edson, Alberta with new B-Pressure Premiums being offered.

LOA and Travel available.

Work Conditions & Remuneration:

Base wage starts from $40.85 per hour
$140 LOA
$150 rotational travel (outside of 80 km from site) available for those who qualify
10% Vacation and Stat pay paid on each pay cheque
6% RSP contribution
2% Matching Pension
Retention Bonuses will be available
10 days on 4 days off shift rotation
10 hours per day: 8 hours Regular Time and 2 hours Overtime per day worked
Two 30-minute breaks (first break paid)
Must be able to work outside in various types of weather conditions
Must have reliable transportation
Safety training provided

As an CWB Journeyperson Welder for our PCL Energy Edmonton District, you will contribute to our team by:

Having excellent communication skills
Being able to work in a team or alone
Being be able to take direction
Being safety conscious and adhere to all PCL safety processes and policies
Having the qualification and training requirements are dependent on specific work conditions

What you will bring to the role:

A negative Drug & Alcohol test required
