Warehouse Technicians for Turnaround in Calgary Area
What GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd is Hiring for:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our team in Cochrane. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately record and manage inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is an asset).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based at the Cochrane Extraction Plant.
- Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
