What Adecco is Hiring for:

Temporary, full-time Warehouse Workers for one of its clients in the Belleville, Ontario.  

  • Pay rate: $18.60/hour
  • Location: Belleville, ON 
  • Shifts: 3:00 PM-1:30 AM | Monday to Thursday
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary

    • Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard warehouse activities; Receiving, Picking, Packing
  • Perform DC functional duties as assigned per our standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and relevant work instructions
  • Work safely, productively and accurately with minimal supervision
  • Maintain orderly condition and housekeeping of your assigned work area
  • Be flexible and cooperative when asked to support other areas and/or job functions
  • Safely operate various types of material handling equipment (ie; Pallet Jacks, Reach Trucks, Forklift) in order to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting product.
  • Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Supervisor and other employees to effectively complete assigned tasks.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal distribution teams by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a safe and timely manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor

    • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have obtained a minimum of 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination
  • Must have the ability to pass criminal background screening
  • Previous Distribution/ Transportation experience is an asset
  • Valid forklift licence is an asset
  • SAP/Warehouse Management System experience is an asset
  • Able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work well with others in a group and foster a team climate where members are committed to a common set of performance goals and targets.
  • Must be able and willing to perform all production related job functions and activities
  • Very good communication and listening skills are required.
  • Able to work additional hours (overtime) as required supporting the needs of our business.
