Bulk Plant Operator Responsibilities:

We are on the lookout for an individual adept at managing inventory, blending materials, and contributing effectively to our operations.

• Blend bulk products efficiently for timely delivery to well sites.

• Precisely calculate material blend quantities prior to loading.

• Support inventory maintenance at the bulk plant.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance and compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices.

• Collaborate with logistics to coordinate bulk product movement.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment effectively.

• Foster a culture of safety through regular meetings and robust hazard reporting.

• Uphold company policies and procedures without compromise.

• Provide invaluable assistance to fellow team members as directed.

Bulk Plant Operator Details:

• Location: Miles City, MT

• Schedule:

• Local: Monday to Friday (with on-call availability on weekends)

• Non-Local: Follows a 3-week on / 1-week off rotation schedule

• Starting Pay:

• Bulk Plant Operator (Non-CDL): $26.00/hr

• Bulk Plant Operator (Class A CDL): $28.00/hr

Bulk Plant Operator Requirements:

• Preferred: Previous experience in oil and gas, specifically in Cementing or Bulk Plant operations.

• Preferred: Possession of a Class A CDL.

• Must successfully pass pre-employment testing.

• Must either reside locally in Miles City, MT, or demonstrate the ability to work on a rotating schedule.
