Up to $2500 Bonus: Flowback Operators/Hands in the Midland/Odessa area

UP TO 2.5K SIGN ON BONUS WITH EXPERIENCE (please read description before applying have to be qualified)

We have immediate openings for Flowback Operators/Hands in the Midland/Odessa area. Must be knowledgeable with:

• DRILLING AND COMPLETION EXPERIENCE
• Manifolds
• Plug catchers
• Sand separators
• Test separators
• Operate transfer pumps
• Understanding of pressure differentials
• Rig ups and downs
• Drilling Rig experience
• Gauging tanks
• Frac restraints
• Maintenance of equipment
• Receive return rates.

Qualification requirements:

• Must be fluent in English
• Must Have Valid Driver’s License
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must undergo background check and DISA Drug screen, .
• Must be able to pass pre-employment, post-accident, random drug tests
• Must be able to pass a fit test
• Must be able to follow directions and company policies
• Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Must have basic knowledge of Flowback reports, emails and company forms.
• Must be able to keep up with required paperwork filling out in a timely manner and turning in to the appropriate personnel.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, crawl, climb and sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as steel toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs and hard hats when needed.
• Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods in hot, cold, rainy and windy weather.
