Underground Utility Laborers / Operators Needed: $90 Per Diem, $23-$30/hr 7 Weekly Pay

AVAILABLE POSITIONS: 

• Project Foreman - Thorough knowledge of projects plans, specifications and types and application of materials required through project completion. Maintain full knowledge of scope of work.
• Equipment Operators - Minimum 2 years of construction experience or combination of education and experience is preferred Knowledge of principals, methods and standards of the designated trade’s area. Experience in the use and methods of tools and equipment commonly employed.
• Pipe Layers-  Minimum of 1 year of construction experience or combination of education and experience is preferred. Ability to shoot grades properly. Knowledge of pipe laying with pipe laser. Ability to perform utility testing (pressure testing, chlorination/sampling, mandrel, etc.)
• Tail man / Hill man- Must have 1 year of experience in underground utility water/sewer. Ability to use hand tools. Ability to assist with and understand plans, layouts, and grades. Ability to support Equipment Operators and Pipe Layers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be physically able to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Work involves sitting, walking or standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of five to fifty pounds.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS 

PROJECT FOREMAN: CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-Hour, LSC Basic Orientation Plus (BOP) and Site Specific Safety Certification is required, Flagger, Confined Space Entry and Rescue Training Certification is required. TWIC card for special projects is required. Valid DL or CDL. Ability to pass a test for primary foreman function.

PIPE LAYER: Special Skills & Knowledge:  CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-Hour Safety, MASC Basic Orientation Plus (BOP) and Site Specific training (as required), Flagger, Confined Space Entry and Rescue Training Certification is required, valid DL. TWIC card for special projects is required.

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR: Must have experience in underground utility water/sewer. Ability to pass test for heavy equipment operation of one or more of the following: skid-steer, mini-excavator, front-end loader, backhoe, roller, off-road truck, water truck, dozer, excavator, motor grader, rover, GPS, and other pieces of equipment. TWIC card for special projects is required. Valid Driver's license or CDL.
