Millwright to work fo local company in Shelbyville, IN.

Working Condition s:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $22.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00 am to 04:30am)
  • Overtime available on Saturdays as needed
  • Willing to train at lower pay
  • Will pay more for skilled laborers

    • ob Details:

    • Use hoists, power and hand tools, squares, rulers, micrometers, dollies, etc.
    • Install and repair industrial machinery and equipment
    • Gain more skills in this field by working on the crew with more experienced crew members

    Qualifications:

    • Able to read blueprints, layout plans, and drawings
    • Must be able to work as a team - small crews go to worksites
    • Lifting up to 50 pounds
    • Welding, machining or industrial repair is encouraged but not required. 
      • Pay will be less without those skills
    • Earn up to $22/hr with prior experience in machine setup, maintenance, repair, welding, or mechanics.
    • Steel toes required
    • No diploma/GED required
    • Applicant may be subject to a background check
    • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
