Talent Manager

Guymon Inspection Services (GIS) is a medium-sized family-owned company that provides 3rd party inspection and construction management services to clients in Canada's oil and gas industry.

This is a contractor position (long-term for the right candidate) to manage our recruitment and talent pool.

Responsibilities will include:

• Actively recruiting qualified candidates
• Screening, onboarding, and verifying applicants
• Resume updates and submissions to clients
• Maintaining the organization’s talent pool
• Building relationships with contractors and clients
• Establishing new and creative ways to promote the company to potential candidates
• Working with other GIS team members to provide complete staffing solutions
• The ability to set up and manage your own corporate entity

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, management or business development
• Have post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
• Possess a track record of successful customer or client relations
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and standard office computer programs
• Have proven organization abilities & self-motivation
