FLINT Corp. is hiring experienced Oilfield Labourers for a temporary project in Winnipeg, MB running from June 23 to July 31, 2025. This is a local-only role with no accommodations or travel coverage. Ideal candidates will bring a solid background in oil and gas work and meet all safety ticket requirements.

What you'll need:

Minimum 4 years of oil and gas experience
CSTS-09 or CSTS-2020, Aerial Work Platform, Fall Protection, WHMIS
Physically capable of labor-intensive tasks
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Own reliable transportation to site
Valid driver’s license with clean 5-year abstract and under 6 demerits
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
