What Trillium Staffing Solutions is Hiring for:

Solar Installers for large projects in Chico.

The pay rate is $21 per hour.

Scope of work:

Installing and wire management of racking systems and solar panels. Also carrying cinder blocks to secure the racking system down. This is an opportunity to work for a national Solar Contractor.

Working Conditions:

Hours are Monday-Friday working 40 hours per week.
There is potential for overtime.
No per diem is currently available.
Medical benefits-Paid Holidays-401K

Qualifications:

-Previous experience installing racking systems and solar panels a plus

-Previous experience in Construction Labor-Solar repair and maintenance

-Mechanically inclined-Basic tools. cordless drill, socket set

-Reliable transportation

-Comfortable working in heights

-Ability to pass pre-employment screening
