IMMEDIATE HIRING - Superior Skilled Trades is currently seeking EXPERIENCED SOLAR INSTALLERS and EXPERIENCED SOLAR Labor for a solar project in Clinton, PA.

We are looking for applicants with previous solar experience.Solar Panel Installers, assemble, install, or maintain solar systems and other structures in compliance with site assessments and schematics.They are the key to the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.Our solar projects are done outdoors, applicants should be prepared for that kind of work.

PAY: $18 - $19/hour EXPERIENCED SOLAR General Labor$21 - $22/hour Skilled LaborHOURS: 7:00 AM to 3:30pmSCHEDULE: Monday-FridaySTART DATE: ASAP

Responsibilities

Here are a few responsibilities of the laborers.

  • Operate and care for solar equipment.
  • Prep solar sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
  • Load or unload solar materials.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials
  • Responsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts
  • Solar panel install
  • Rigging
  • Racking assembly
  • Torque tube assembly
  • Pile layout
  • General cleanup and clearing of debris
  • Layout conduit
  • Staging panels

Qualifications & ExperienceMust be 18 years of age with valid ID. Minimum of 6 months of Solar Experience Required.Minimum of 1 year of Construction Experience preferred. - steel toed or composite toed boots are your requirement. Verifiable references of your professional skills and experience. This work is not for the faint of heart - Strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well. Hard working and reliable. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods. Able to meet additional screening requirements when applicable.
