This full-time role offers up to $26/hr with weekly pay and extensive benefits. What you'll need:

  • 1–2 years welding experience
  • Ability to read welding symbols and structural drawings
  • Tape measure test and groove plate weld test (FCAW)
  • Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and work in difficult welding positions
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime/weekends

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience with carbon arc gouging
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance compliance
  • Prior involvement in industrial maintenance or shutdowns
