This full-time role offers up to $26/hr with weekly pay and extensive benefits. What you'll need:

1–2 years welding experience
Ability to read welding symbols and structural drawings
Tape measure test and groove plate weld test (FCAW)
Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and work in difficult welding positions
Willingness to travel and work overtime/weekends

What will make you stand out:

Experience with carbon arc gouging
Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance compliance
Prior involvement in industrial maintenance or shutdowns
