Morgan Construction is hiring Servicemen Maintenance Technicians for their Poplar Creek, AB location. This full-time role involves preventative maintenance and inspection of heavy-duty equipment including rock trucks and graders. Ideal for candidates with mechanical experience, a valid Class 1, 3, or 5 license with air brakes, and a passion for safety in remote, field-based operations.

What you'll need:

Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 license with air brake endorsement
Clean 3-year driver’s abstract
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight or awkward spaces
H2S Alive, CSTS-09/OSSA/CSO, First Aid, Bear Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Steel-toed 6" lace-up CSA-approved boots
Pass pre-employment drug, alcohol, and fit-to-work testing

What will make you stand out:

Experience in heavy-duty or automotive mechanics
Previous hands-on work with dozers, graders, and loaders
Strong communication and teamwork in field settings
Proven adherence to safety procedures and maintenance protocols
