What WORKFORCE is Hiring for:

Responsibilities & Required Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role with 2+ years of experience in FCAW and GMAW welding.
Must have experience with a plasma cutter.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment operation.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
Knowledge of machining processes is an advantage.
CWB and/or Red Seal Metal Fabricators (Fitter) certification is a plus.
