What L. K. Jordan & Associates is Hiring for:

Seeking Crane Operator/Order Puller in Houston, TX.

  • $15-$18 (DOE)
  • Monday through Saturday
  • 2nd shift (4 pm-12: 30 with some overtime)

Responsibilities:

  • Understands and performs all functions associated with the operation of the double hoist overhead crane. Performs daily inspection and reports any repairs needed to maintain.
  • Uses and understands measuring instruments. Tape measure and micrometer.
  • Receives and checks material for grade, thickness, and size. Color codes material per procedure.

Requirements:

  • 2 years prior experience operating the overhead crane.
  • Must be able to read, write, have knowledge of basic mathematics, and read a tape measure.
  • In-house crane certification required
  • Must be able to work any shift and overtime when needed.
  • Knowledge of steel is a plus but not necessary.
