What You’ll Like About This Job
Lindblad Expeditions is hiring Seasonal Deckhands for its shipboard expedition team. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined candidates with maritime experience who enjoy working in a rotational shipboard environment. Responsibilities include ship maintenance, assisting with docking/undocking, bridge watch, and security patrols. Candidates should be detail-oriented, strong team players, and comfortable working long shifts.

What You’ll Need:
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Valid TWIC card
- Valid U.S. passport
- STCW Basic Safety Training certification
- VPDSD certification
- Ability to pass U.S. Coast Guard drug screenings
- Ability to pass pre-offer background check & post-offer physical exam
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- STCW Crowd Management certification (preferred)
- Advanced Fire Fighting certification (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude & maritime experience
