What Patterson-UTI is Hiring for:

The Rig-Up Yard and Project Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and inspecting the planning and construction phase of the rig-up process ensuring work is performed in accordance with established timelines and Company specifications.

The person in this role will directly supervise crew members that will be assembling, rigging up and commissioning new-build refurbished rigs and Special Projects This person will work directly with third party contractors, Operations, Technical Services, HSE management and rig crews to execute these various upgrade projects by traveling to field and rig locations. The incumbent must possess strong leadership and organization skills and possess the ability to use applicable tools and techniques to ensure projects are completed safely and within the established timelines.

This role performs under the general direction of the Director, Rig Construction & Special Projects.
