Regional Manager - West Texas

Pathfinder is seeking a highly skilled, highly motivated Regional Manager to supervise the operational and administrative activities of our West Texas Branch. This position is based out of Odessa, Texas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversight of field operations, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.
• Contributes toward the achievement of the Company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Maintains acceptable cost levels for operations, maintenance, repairs, and other expenses.
• Examines financial data/statements and uses them to improve profitability.
• Oversees hiring and training of employees as required to ensure proper coverage and cross training. Creates opportunities for team members to learn, grow and expand their skills and experience.
• Coordinates with team leaders and sets goals and provides assistance to leaders keep performance on track to meet those goals.
• Works closely with each team leader to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction and work quality.
• Ensures all operations are conducted in a safe manner.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Must have a valid Driver’s license.
• Experience in an oil field related position is preferred but not necessary, with at least three (3) years prior managerial experience.
• Must be comfortable in an environment with strong, high-energy personalities.
• Ability to manage schedules with expedited time frames.
• Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities.
• Must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with products and services the Company offers.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Comfortable with MS Office, including Word and Excel.
