High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
TWIC eligibility
Ability to work shifts, outdoors, and at heights
Pass ExxonMobil's pre-employment and DOT assessments

5+ years of refinery, manufacturing, or industrial experience
Trade certifications or associate degree in related field
Strong troubleshooting, repair, and equipment operation skills
Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation system
